Multi-space establishment where we run a coffee house and a hair salon as part of the self-reliance and job placement program.
The transition to adulthood for young people leaving cohabiting homes is hindered by a series of challenges that create a significant gap in their chances of success in adult life.
Profits from the venture are reinvested to benefit our homes and the NGO's non-productive projects.
RESULTS
The training provided allowed them to acquire skills such as compliance with schedules, management of routines, and teaching them about the proper management of their salaries..
Young people with private training courses in gastronomy, pastry, bakery, coffee houses, hairdresser, barber shop and manicure.
The first team of young people already works successfully in dependency relationships independent of our GNO.
